Important program terms

What is billable?
A billable lead must meet the definition of a qualifying lead in the signed agreement, close, and receive approval from the applicable carrier. The itemized invoice will identify the qualifying leads being billed.
Is there an enrollment charge?
No. Enrollment and payment-method setup do not create a payment or fixed subscription.
How is the saved payment method used?
The payment method is stored securely by Stripe for future off-session invoice payments authorized under the signed agreement. Invoice totals vary according to the number of qualifying leads.
What if an application is declined, withdrawn or reversed?
Carrier declines, withdrawals, rapid disenrollments, reversals and chargebacks are handled according to the specific reconciliation provisions in the signed agreement.
What happens if an invoice is not paid?
Any valid, undisputed balance that remains unpaid after the applicable due date and required notices may result in suspension or termination from the program. Midwestern Financial LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by the written agreement and applicable law, to refer unpaid debt to a third-party collection agency or pursue other lawful collection remedies. The agent remains responsible for valid amounts owed under the agreement.
Can participation be suspended?
Midwestern Financial may pause new transfers while investigating licensing, compliance, documentation, performance or payment issues, subject to the written agreement.
Important: Do not rely on this summary alone. Read and sign the complete agreement before authorizing a payment method.
